Lexvisory helps solo and small law firms build secure, high-performing global support teams through a model developed and used in a working U.S. law firm.
We provide tailored staffing for legal operations, client intake, administrative support, marketing, and firm management—built around your workflows, your technology, and your growth goals.

Lexvisory was developed by Jeff Schick, a practicing attorney who uses this same model in his own solo firm.
We operate a legal support center in India and understand what small firms need from a remote team: capable people, reliable systems, professional communication, meaningful supervision, and a practical approach to confidentiality.

Jeff Schick
Founder
Jeff Schick, JD, SPHR, is an attorney, entrepreneur, and the founder of Lexvisory. Licensed to practice law in both Florida and Colorado, Jeff has built his career at the intersection of legal strategy, business operations, technology, and risk management.
As the founder of Jeff Schick Legal, he has represented thousands of Amazon, Walmart, and other e-commerce marketplace sellers facing high-stakes account suspensions, terminations, policy disputes, and compliance challenges. His work has been featured by the Financial Times, which highlighted the emergence of a new kind of law firm helping sellers and vendors navigate the increasingly complex marketplace-platform economy.
Jeff has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for Florida attorneys from 2021 through 2026. He brings firsthand experience building and managing operational teams, along with a background in information technology, cybersecurity, HR, compliance, and complex business processes.
He created Lexvisory from a simple belief: small and solo law firms should be able to access skilled, dependable global talent without relying on a generic virtual-assistant model or compromising on quality, confidentiality, or operational discipline. Lexvisory applies the support model Jeff uses in his own legal practice—combining bespoke staffing, secure technology practices, and practical law-firm experience to help firms build capacity with confidence.

Whether you need one dependable team member or a scalable support function, Lexvisory helps you create meaningful capacity—so you can spend more time practicing law and less time managing every operational detail.

Security-First Infrastructure
Your firm’s confidential information deserves more than an informal remote-work arrangement.
Lexvisory’s operating model is informed by founder Jeff Schick’s background in information technology and cybersecurity. We help create a more controlled environment for global legal support through company-managed devices, intentional access practices, and private-network workflows.
Firm data can remain in a U.S.-based data environment, while your support professionals work from home, from an office-based legal support center in India, or through a hybrid arrangement that fits your firm’s preferences.
Secure, company-managed laptops for team members
Private-network workflows for remote access
Advanced Data Security and Privacy Practices
No staffing model eliminates risk. Lexvisory helps firms implement practical operational safeguards, while each client firm remains responsible for supervision, confidentiality, privilege, security controls, and compliance with applicable professional obligations.
Small law firms need people who can do more than check tasks off a list. They need trusted operational support—professionals who communicate clearly, follow established processes, protect sensitive information, and become familiar with the way the firm works.
Lexvisory is built for that level of support.
Designed and Tested by a High-Volume Law Solo Practice
Our model was developed and is used in a working U.S. law firm. We understand the realities behind the work: responsive client service, consistent intake, organized files, recurring deadlines, effective systems, and attorney oversight.
Customized Recruiting for Each Role
We do not believe in cookie-cutter placements. We help you build a team that is tailored to your firm, accountable to your expectations, and positioned to grow with your practice. This includes designing custom job descriptions and training programs.
Fortune 500 Level Talent You Can Afford
We believe in the importance of hiring talent who has worked for some of the world's largest companies, including Deloitte, KPMG, Google, and Amazon.

The right support can give you back time, improve the client experience, and create room for your firm to grow.
Discovery Call
Tell us what is consuming your time, where your workflows are breaking down, and what kind of capacity you need. We will help you determine whether a dedicated global support professional—or a broader support team—can be the right fit for your practice.
Your law firm should not be locked into a generic staffing package or a long-term arrangement that no longer fits.
Lexvisory provides tailored global legal support based on your firm’s workload, systems, staffing goals, and preferred working model. Start with the capacity you need today—then adjust as your practice evolves.
We believe you should always have clarity about who supports your firm, what they are responsible for, how they access your systems, and what your investment covers. No generic virtual-assistant placement. No one-size-fits-all outsourcing. Just a thoughtful, security-conscious staffing solution built around your practice
Start with the support you need, build the team you want, and adapt as your firm changes.
Lexvisory provides tailored, dedicated global legal support—not generic virtual-assistant placements or rigid staffing packages. You receive clear expectations, a role designed around your workflow, and a team structure that can grow with your practice.
Lexvisory provides staffing and operational support services to law firms. Lexvisory personnel do not provide legal advice or exercise independent legal judgment. Each client firm remains responsible for appropriate supervision, confidentiality and privilege protections, information-security controls, and compliance with applicable professional and ethical obligations.
