Jeff Schick brings decades of veterinary experience to help your practice thrive.
Jeff Schick
Attorney and Former Veterinary Practice Manager
Jeff's veterinary experience began at 8 years old, when he was working in his mother's veterinary clinic. Growing up as the son of two veterinary dermatologists, who each owned their own practices, Jeff saw first-hand how dedicated and passionate veterinarians are. Jeff also witnessed how poor financial practices could also almost destroy a thriving veterinary practice. After working in corporate law for several years, including working with several veterinarians, Jeff realized that veterinarians need access to affordable accounting services to help practice leaders "know their numbers" and make better decisions.
Jeff's passion for veterinary medicine spans over 20 years of experience working in veterinary hospitals. In fact, Jeff was one of the youngest practice managers to become a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager, which he achieved at the age of 25. Following that achievement, Jeff went on to graduate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. After passing the Florida Bar, Jeff then began working on a variety of issues for small business owners. Jeff also presented at several Zoetis-sponsored luncheons regarding legal developments affecting California Veterinarians.
After helping his mother sell her veterinary practice, Jeff moved to Colorado where he lives on a farm with his two dogs and cat. Widget, a Rhodesian-Ridgeback Mix and Clipper, a Carolina Dog, keep Jeff on his toes. When he isn't helping small business owners or out hiking with the dogs, Jeff enjoys a variety of winter sports.

Discovery Call and Onboarding Summary Call
Our Discovery Call is a chance to get to know one another, and confirm that we are good match. If the call goes well and we are comfortable that we can help your practice, we will provide you with an implementation timeline.
We begin categorizing charges and preparing reports.
Your dedicated Bookkeeper will begin working on your business books, and preparing relevant weekly reports for your review. Those reports can either be uploaded into your portal, or emailed to practice leadership.
No Contracts. No Surprises. Just Good Accounting.
Lexvisory is a monthly accounting subscription. Your files belong to you, and you can cancel at any time. We will continue to provide Bookkeeping services up until your last day of your subscription, and will provide you with the relevant files and/or online access to your Quickbooks Data. Please note, we reserve the right to restrict access and/or retain your accounting files if your account becomes past-due.
